Tech X Bee retains full ownership of all intellectual property (IP) created, including but not limited to custom software, AI models, algorithms, code, designs, tools, and proprietary technology developed as part of our services.
Clients purchasing our services receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered solution for its intended purpose. Unless explicitly stated in a contract, clients do not have rights to:
Modify, distribute, or resell Tech X Bee’s proprietary software or AI models.
Claim ownership of any part of the technology developed by Tech X Bee.
Reverse engineer or replicate any proprietary solutions.
For fully custom solutions where IP transfer is requested, ownership rights must be explicitly outlined in a contract and may include additional fees. Without such an agreement, Tech X Bee retains all ownership.
Clients and third parties may not use Tech X Bee’s name, logo, branding, or content without prior written approval. To request permission, please contact buzz@techxbee.com
Unauthorized use, replication, or modification of Tech X Bee’s intellectual property may result in legal action. We actively monitor and protect our IP rights to ensure compliance.
