1.Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: Available only if the request is made before the service has started.
  • Partial Refund: If the service is partially completed, a prorated refund may be considered at Tech X Bee’s discretion.
  • No Refund: Once the service has been fully delivered, refunds are not available.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders/services can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if the service has not begun.
  • Once work has started, cancellations are subject to Tech X Bee’s approval and may result in a partial refund.
  • If a service includes a subscription, cancellation will apply to future billings, but past payments are non-refundable.

3.Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
